1. The Tax Practitioner’s Board (TPB) maintains a register of tax agents and BAS
    agents. You can access and search the register by visiting tpb.gov.au/public-register
    Search the register by clicking ‘Search the TPB Register’ and searching by
    practitioner name, registration number, practitioner type, location and/or registration
    status.
  2. If a client wishes to make a complaint about a tax agent service that has been
    provided by the registered tax practitioner, a complaint can be made in writing to the
    TPB via it’s website link tpb.gov.au/complaints
